Cancellations & Refund Policy

At Thalassemia Jan Jagran Samiti, we value every contribution made towards our mission of creating a Thalassemia & Sickle Cell Free India. We strive to ensure complete transparency in all our operations, including donations.

1. Donations

• • Donations once made to Thalassemia Jan Jagran Samiti are non-refundable.

• • If a donor has made an error in the donation amount or entered incorrect details, they may contact us at help@tjjsindia.in within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the request and, if valid, process the refund.

• • Refunds, if approved, will be made through the same mode of payment and may take 7–10 working days.

2. Event Registrations / Camps

• • In case of any paid registrations for events or health camps, cancellation requests must be raised at least 48 hours before the event.

• • If the cancellation request is valid, we will issue a refund or allow adjustment towards a future event.

3. Failed Transactions

• • If your donation fails due to technical errors but the amount is debited from your account, please contact us immediately with proof of transaction. After verification, the amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days.
